You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your Renus Select package for a full refund. The return period begins on the day you receive your order, not the day you place it.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Product is unopened in original, sealed packaging
• All included materials and documentation are intact
• Return initiated within 14 days of purchase date
• Product shows no signs of tampering or damage

Ineligible Returns

• Opened or partially used packages
• Packages returned after 14 days
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Orders placed fraudulently or with false information

3. How to Initiate a Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

• The product is defective

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or refund your return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned package:
