You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your Renus Select package for a full refund. The return period begins on the day you receive your order, not the day you place it.
2. Eligibility for Returns

- Product is unopened in original, sealed packaging
- All included materials and documentation are intact
- Return initiated within 14 days of purchase date
- Product shows no signs of tampering or damage
Ineligible Returns
- Opened or partially used packages
- Packages returned after 14 days
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Orders placed fraudulently or with false information
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- We made an error in fulfilling your order
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or refund your return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned package:
